Ultimate Inferno
« on: March 16, 2004, 07:03:12 AM »
I orderd a Ultimate Inferno for heavy oil and I was thinking about trading it for a XXX-Factor and I'm glad I didn't. I had it drilled very agressive and polished for a strong back-end and man this baby hooks. I bowled two games at Orleans and I was standing 4 boards to left of where I usually stand and I was still slamming the pocket. Then I took it to my league at Gold Coast and I've been struggling there, under 600 for weeks, ave 225, and I shot 677 and I left 3 4-9's because the ball was coming back so hard. I left one 10 pin all night and not one 7 pin. I've seen this ball thrown box finish and it didn't do much so that's why I decided to polish it and wow, what a difference. Great ball Brunswick!!!

I totally agree with you about the ball, but under 600 for weeks and your averaging 225, hmmm, makes people not want to believe stuff you say when you're saying something that cant be true unless you were averaging like 250 before.

And Then...........

I left another 10 pin

I was ave 225 and now it's down to 216. I was strugling for about 3 -4 weeks shooting 590, 590, low 600, my ave didn't drop that much because we've been bowling for many weeks. My ball was just sliding down the lane. Sorry for the exaggeration!!!! I also bowled in a few tournaments lately and shot 590 , so I was putting that in there also. Hopefully the Ultimate will help with my slump on oily lanes.
