Title: fanatic and rhino
Post by: strikeordie on July 18, 2016, 09:08:55 AM
Would these two balls make a good 1,2 punch on a med-light ths shot? I have the rhino and am quite surprised how strong it is. Is there enough seperation between the two in strength?

I thought about a Rhino and LT-48 1-2 punch on a light-medium THS.  Rhino on fresh and LT-48 deeper inside on transition as it's flips more.  Fanatic would be stronger than the LT-48 I believe.

I would think so. I love my Rhino and I have a Brute Strength that is above it. Those 2 balls cover the house shot I see pretty well. I don't think I would go too weak in terms of layout if you do go with the Fanatic

I figured I would drill it the same as the rhino.

Yes - I have both and drilled them the same - with the Motion hole layout, but no weight hole, and they are my 1-2 on med/light THS as well as some sport shots. The Fanatic quickly became first ball out of the bag on house shot leagues.
I see about 3-5 boards difference between the two on my local house shot (41' medium volume).
