For those who haven't heard...
« on: October 15, 2008, 05:15:31 AM »
After five and a half years as the Northwest Product Specialist for Brunswick, Ric Hamlin lost his job on Monday as part of a cost-cutting measure.

I'd like to thank Ric for everything he's done, not only for Brunswick, but for his contributions to bowling in Northern California.  These contributions included (but were certainly not limited to) his hard work in making events such as the Modesto Masters, Nor Cal Junior All-Stars, and Cloverleaf Memorial Day tournaments successful, and the numerous mini-camps and PBA lane play seminars that he organized.

I'd also like to wish Ric the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Rico -
Sorry to hear about the permanent workforce reduction ... been through a couple of those myself (sadly).
Keep your chin up ... you have friends on this board that will go out of their way to help you - just like you helped many a person.
Best of luck in your job search!

Math lesson of the week.

Rico=Cool Guy.
Brunswick=Poorly managed and directed company.
Brunswick-Rico=Better off for rico.

Now i won't have anyone to bother about problems, even frank maurice changed jobs at brunswick so now i never see a brunswick rep.

Most definitely our loss. Not sure what else to say, just a big loss. These tough times just got more tough.

Dale (or Mound as you like to be called)
I didn't need to practice to beat you before...but yes I will be playing a little bit of golf in the next few weeks, before the weather gets bad.
Enjoyed the last round we played. Beautiful course and good company.

CC

If we do 'bet', I need goals. I got a bunch of rookies...pretty good ones, but none the less, rookies.

Roberto

I will miss my 'family', but you guys will never be very far. It was a great run...

When you get back on your feet, AND YOU WILL END UP SOMEWHERE a company that will appreciate you, don't forget to come back.
You have a great knowledge of the game and you are a good person,

DAMN I NEEDED TO STEP BACK FROM THE COMPUTER BEFORE I PUKED having that come out of my mouth
