Last night while bowling as a sub, BR member "justdale" shot TWO 300 GAMES using his Brunswick Fury.  The league bowls four games, which were 243, 300, 300, 215 for a total of 1058!

Congratulations!!  And to think he almost gave up on that ball...

T.J.

BOWLING IS FUN NO MATTER WHAT YOU SCORE. BUT A 300 IS ALWAYS NICE.

STRIKE ZONE, ONSLAUGHT, REVS, FLIP & PYRO. STAND 22 AND THROW 10 OUT TO 5 AND CRUSH THE POCKET. AT LEAST THAT IS THE PLAN OF THE NIGHT...

GOOD LUCK AND GOOD BOWLING!!!

I shot an 809 first night out with the Fury . . great ball, just gotta use it like it's intended to be used!  Awesome shooting, that's some great stuff!  32 in a row, that's really some incredible bowling.  4 from 900!  If you match up or line up with the Fury, it's gonna knock some pins down like crazy, it rolls really well.

justdale (or Ric if you know),

What were the early issues you might have had with the Fury that made you almost give up on it (as notclay stated)?

What happened that improved your opinion of the ball? Did it have to do with any adjustment on the ball, or was it more of just using it on the right conditions?

Ric,

Why would you want HIS picture on the website with his Fury? You wanna kill sales?

Even the editing of digital photography can't help this one...

As one who knows Ric Hamlin, I can attest to the fact that he meant no harm in joking with me about Dale. When Dale turns his computer on, he'll probably join right in on the back and forth jabs, but because we're good friends, it won't bother him.

The handicapped are some of the most fun people to be around, especially in a bowling setting, because they appreciate the little things like making spares and having fun.  Or even missing spares and having fun.  They don't allow life to get too complicated and neither should we.  We should be able to laugh at ourselves without it becoming a life or death situation.

This world has enough problems without us being offended by every word that might be miscontrued as an insult.  Isn't that what the ACLU is for?

Mr. Truth,

After reading your profile, it's hard not to draw a conclusion that you may have an axe to grind about anything Brunswick.

"Just a hard working American"  okay, that's admirable.

"But no more Brunswick after the move to Mexico"  hmmmm... If I were from Mexico, I could take that as a real insult.

If you're going to ride your white horse about the handicapped, what about all the hard working folks from Mexico?  Better yet, what about the handicapped folks from Mexico?

A little tolerance from all of us would be a good thing.

Although I am probably the one person I know that can take a joke with the best of them, ( because I give so much S*&t to everybody I come in contact with) I have to admire Ric for some of his jabs at me. Who would've thought he could come up with some of the stuff he does. I know that he is just trying to be funny  ( poor guy, it's really the best he's got).

Ric and I have had our personal jabs and name calling at each other for a few years now, he's known me since I first signed on with Columbia, and he can definatley sling the verbal abuse. We have talked and he has never been one ( at least to me) to try and make me change what I throw.

"The Truth", I can see where someone might think that Ric was poking fun or saying something derogatory towards the handicap; but alas he is correct ( almost couldn't get myself to say that Ric was corrct) I do have a physical handicap due to military service. I have no problem with the jabs that come from Ric, because I know as well as he does, that I will get even

Hey Dale,

Catch any fish?  The reason I quit fishing is because if I caught some, then I outsmarted something with a brain the size of a BB, and if I didn't catch anything, well... they outsmarted me!  I hate it when that happens!

Matter of fact we did, and my daughter could care less if she is smarter than a fish, you on the other hand I could see why you would get upset if a fish outsmarted you. And of course you know me, so it's still up in ther air who is smarter

Now Ric being a LA King fan isn't a bad thing, but a Dodger fan, wow that takes guts proclaiming this for the world to know.

Thanks again for the advice for the " RICO" drilling not sure it will work for all my equipment, but for this ball it works

See ya in Vegas
