What I am starting to really love about Big B
« on: July 02, 2004, 01:11:26 AM »
I was sitting around thinking today, where is Big B's high load particle ball.  I remember when the majority of what Big B produced was particle.  I guess it was understandable, at that time every company was in an Hook-in-a-box race.

I think Big B's current lineup is one of the most versatile in production.  Maybe the market calls for different balls now, maybe it doesn't.  Looking at the lineup you notice a few particles and an array of quality reactive equipment.  The UI appears to be the most versatile of the group, dull it hooks in oil, shiny it is great for most meduims.  I have the OI and it is quite aggressive without polish on it.  I have used it on many different oil patterns this past year.  It maybe one of my favorites all time.

The marriage of Morich and Brunswick is awesome.  I have the new Ravage, what a great ball.  I dreamed of a Mo core in a PK 18, one of the most impressive rolling and hitting balls I have.

I couldn't agree more with the versatility of the line. From the ultimate inferno to the power groove to the smash/r, they've got it covered.

I own a LOT of brunswick equipment. The Inferno line is fantastic!

Geez, calm down, but agroves was talking about the current line up, and so I was just pointing out the smashr is discontinued....

I don't know what your problem is...

Actually, there *is* a high-load particle ball in the Brunswick line;  it's the Swamp Monster.  And if accounts are correct, the Goliath will be a high-load particle ball as well.

CofD--you are correct about the Swamp, but I remember when the majority of Brunswick's lineup was particle, hph, hpd, hpc, 2.0, shock zone...just to name a few.

I could be wrong, but isn't the Warp Zone high load particle?

The Warp Zone is med load particle.  The Golaith will be the next heavy hooker in the Big B lineup.  The Morich Total Annilation will also be a high load particle.
