absolute factory finish

A friend of mine has messed up the surface of his Absolute...polished, then hand scuffed with burgundy pad, then polished again in Bruns machine. He wants to put it back to factory out of box condition...Please help.   Thanks, Al

it is 400 grit sanded then use the brunswick factory ruff buff polish you can get it at buddiesproshop.com or other retialers online and that is if you have a spinner or if you dont your local proshop does.  It works great i got it on three of my hammers right now.

im getting mine resurfaced because of lane damage.
my ball driller told me that using 220 grit sanding the rough buff would NOT be a smooth finish, there would be sanding lines on it.

i dunno if this is accurate or not but would make sense, 220 grit is pretty course.

maybe 220-600-rough buff?

nope, he's wrong; i've done it and it does not take a lot of rough buff to smooth out those 220 sanding lines. that is THE prescribed Brunswick factory finish!

the factory finish on the absolute inferno is 220 grit wetsanded and finished off with rough buff.
