I recently won a spot in the PBA50 Pro Am in Farmingdale NY, with this we were giving the opportunity to pick up the above referenced ball. Anyone have any idea
what condition/ball reaction this ball is designed for. Having a Storm Rocket drilled up on weekend and was trying to guess where this ball may fit. Thanks,

Lt-48 will fit perfectly below the rocket. Rocket more angle at breakpoint and lt-48 more arc.

Brunswick is coming out with a pearl version of the LT-48 vintage???

It's a polished solid.

I know the vintage version is solid, Lane. I have one. From what the original poster said, I made an assumption. Personally I can't see coming out with a pearl version, as on light oil, this ball with its stock high gloss surface, can almost flip, but I had to take the op at his word.

I think if there were a pearl version we'd see something about it somewhere? If there were an international release of said ball why would they give it out here?
In any case, the ball has been a favorite of mine once I hit it on the spinner to knock the gloss off. Not a weak reaction, just smooooooth for me. Wonderful ball!

Information I am receiving it is a special edition to benefit veterans. Picture of ball can be viewed on the following website: http://farmingdalelanes.com/PBA-PRO-TOURNAMENT

If it's anything like the black one it's great. None of us have used it since it appears to have been made especially for this event. Let us know how you like it.

I have an old Johnny Petraglia LT-48 Gold!! It's a pearl version of the older one, and does not look like this new red and blue one.
My ball drives with an extremely hard arc,....and flips!!! So Charlest is pretty right on about that ball.

Appears that it is sold exclusively at thebowlingproshop.com. Saw a Facebook post that it is limited to 400. Apparently commissioned to also support BVL (Brightening Veterans Lives; a non-profit).

It's real apparently.

Yeah I kind of chalk that up to it being done to support a non-profit. At least in my head I do.
