another c-system question
« on: December 20, 2009, 03:22:44 PM »
Got a c-system last week and it was drilled 4 X 4. Not sure what that is or means or what it's supposed to do. My specs are 18mph initial / 265rpms ,
PAP is 4 5/8 over 1 1/8 up, axis tilt 17° . Reason I ask is that this ball is completely differant than the other Brunswick stuff I have thrown.

Whoops knew I forgot something. It seems to roll more in the mids than the others. Also have to get the ball down early for it to have a strong enough reaction to get the 10 out.

It rolls more in the mids than other B stuff you've thrown?  Wow . . it goes longer for most people I know, a lot longer.

As Hampster said, for most people it gets lots of length. I suspect you drilled it too strong OR you are not using it on enough oil. It is an ideal ball for true medium oil for the average revs, average ball speed bowler.

Mine rolls early without enough oil to get down the lane.  But with a little oil in the heads it rolls like no other.

Mine rolls like HamPster and charlest describes. I have avg speed & revs and this ball on medium oil gets downlane without any over/under reaction and gets great pin carrying action.  It also gives you latitude to carry pins when you make minor release errors.  Great ball that has helped my game a lot over the past 6 weeks.
