Hey guys I had a guy tell me that the monster bruiser had a reputation for dying. I was wondering if that were true. I had a guy who was going to trade me for his, he just bought it and it didnt move as much as he liked. but i liked the way it moved. Do you think it would be a good ball to go ahead and get or not. Just something i wanted to play with for different mediums.

Untrue, very untrue. Mine is still kicking! I would go for it, great control ball.

16 years and still going strong! 16 years old that is!
The names Warrior Princess, Xena..Warrior Princess
And why would I "saw" pins in half, THATS A WASTE OF PINS!
-
I don't think that's true either. As long as you clean it and soak the oil out
you are fine. The ball is versatile and very responsive to hand positions. You won't be disappointed.

Probably the best control ball I've seen. I'd get one if I wouldn't have brunswick majority in my arsenal.

I don't get why he'd say this ball would die easily...

Thanks guys I appreciate your thoughts. And just to let you know I got it already just by pure judgment. Instead of buying it from him I traded my fuze eliminator for it. I will be throwing it tonight. I didnt really have a place for the fuze, I didnt like the drill with the pin below the finger and the cg kicked to the right, it was hard to control the backend, kind of unpredictable with the way i bowl now.
-
How do you guys have your ball drilled.
-
Well, what do you want the ball to do? To have a controlled arc, or what? Also some info about you (speed, revs, etc) would help.

I belive I have about 18 - 20 revs, I have started using stuff that arcs and has more control. I play down ten with descent speed and usually have a pretty good line to the pocket.

Hey fellas i threw the ball last night and walked in first game and threw a 213. I threw a couple more 200's before I switched up. The ball has the pin below the finger to the right and looks like the cg is kicked out. It rolls and snaps at the backend. It crushed the pins last night, I was rather amazed. I have been sliding away from the skid flip type stuff but the ball was pretty cool.

hey guys when you say soak the ball. Do you guys usually take and leave it in hot water or do you just run it through hot water in a tub or what not and clean it off and turn it a couple times or what.
