Title: My Poor Absolute
Post by: MegaMav on January 24, 2006, 01:42:41 PM
after i 708 last week, i used it again...

only to shoot 590 tonight and have 20 little chips/nicks taken out from the ball return.

not deep, just looks like it kept bumping up against a screw head in the back.
everyones balls on that pair got nicked up.

getting it fixed, 220 grit with rough buff was my request, i had it at 600 with 3M Rubbing Compound.

good thing i know the pro shop guy well, hope it works out.
anyone ever get the absolute refinished? how did it work out for you?
