smoothing out the reaction on a Punisher drilled 1L on the Drill sheet...
Right now i cannot keep it on the left side of the headpin. It will go long and Snap right through the nose and booklyn. PLEASE HELP!!!

Not much will help, you have to learn to play the ball straighter and tame down the backend.
You can play with the cover but I doubt you'll ever get it where you like. If you sand it, even to say 1500 to 2000, it will tame the backend down. However, it is likely you would still have to move deeper or learn to fluff it some. If you polished more, then you are just making it even more uncontrollable at the breakpoint.

It sounds like you are rotating the ball too much on your release. Try going more up the back of the ball and not grabbing it at the bottom of the swing, release it smoooooth.
