Title: need some info on quantum elite LE.

saw one on ebay brand new and was wondering about the cover and core.

I would imagine the same Quantum durability, but would expect a bit slower response to friction than today's newer Quantum coverstocks.  That is where Big B has made excellent advancements since back then.

If your center puts out a good amount of oil you can just play closer to friction with it.
