First off . . it looks like you're bowling on an absolute flood . .  You throw a good ball though, I can't imagine your high set is only 706.  I admittedly don't have much of an eye for form, but your ball roll looks great on the lane.  You project it well, and your speed and revs are matched pretty well, looks like you get it off your hand clean.  Fun video to watch, although it was hard to see your form for half of it.

Looks pretty good though.  

I do have some constructive criticism, however.  First, if you're looking for game improvement, try and have your cameraperson tape more of you and less of your ball reaction :-)

Anyway, my suggestion would be to try and square up your shoulders some, so your pushaway and armswing line up a little better, and keep your elbow in and hand under the ball a little more.  This will make you hit the ball later, which results in more midlane read and backend power.
