I haven't had any problems with the mexican stuff other then a few where the cg was hard to find.
Plus I love mexican food, and tex-mex.
A little more info would be useful.
I could say for any ball company, hey they are going to release some new equipment and the colors are....great, awesome, fierce, eh okay.
Maybe post links for the overseas equipment like the Pit Viper and then say that it will also be released here as well...or something. lol

I know personally that it is a ball in the pro performance line (Siege) and the advanced performance line (Python). I also know the names and have seen the balls go down the lane but am unable to give those details. Sworn to secrecy, sorry!

Silly question.
Then why even post about it if no information can be given out?
So we know that Brunswick is coming out with more new stuff....
*puzzled*
This is some grade-school recess playground type of thing.
I got a seeeeeeeeecret and I can't tell yoooooooooooouuuu! LOL

+1
that was my point exactly

Lets see here... I bet almost EVERY ball company on the market will have 2 or more new balls coming out before Christmas.
Tell us something we don't already know...
--------------------
If you were both cross-eyed and dyslexic, would you see okay?
-
Someone asked what line they were in and I gave that info. Every company comes out with their balls months and months prior to release but try their hardest to keep it a secret. I happen to have an in with Brunswick and know many details but not all. I haven't seen the produced balls I saw the test balls, usually different color and have no logos. I know I can get away with what I answered but don't want to lose privileges by releasing too much. Sorry we try to help. Maybe all of us with a clue should quit giving you people the info you seek.

Don't take this the wrong way but you're not helping anyone by giving us NO information other than Brunswick has new equipment coming out.

That's the thing, you're NOT giving us ANY INFORMATION! Other than the fact you know something but can't tell us. Men don't like to be teased. LOL

hmm..
Siege pearl and a snake with an activator solid to replace Copperhead? Or is it Siege Hybrid with high gloss since C-system 2,5 will overlap with a pearl?
nice..
--------------------
Regards,
Natal
-
My bet would also be a matte solid Activator ball with the Rocket core to replace the Copperhead. Not that it was really necessary, but for new sales.
At the high end I wonder why Brunswick introduces another ball line with the C System ball(s)? I find it confusing, esp. since there is currently only one Performance ball left (the Siege), and I could not tell why there should be a kind of Siege Pearl with the 2.5 just ahead?
Anyway, IMO there is some space for a high end medium to light condition pearl ball, say a Swarm on steroids (like the Igniter or Blazing Inferno in former times)?
I'd also appreciate if PK18 remains available with stronger cores, not just in the Avalanche line.

Lol.. Lighten up people.. Please..
Take it for what it is.. An innocent teaser..
I can't tell cause i'm not allowed to..
Reason for posting was just to say that the balls coming out ACTUALLY look interesting.. I wouldn't have posted if i didn't think so.. Same goes for any other ball-company.. And this is just my opinion..
Ex when i knew about the Wild Thing or Python i didn't post anything because i wasn't impressed by the releases.. Not that they aren't good balls, but this is my reason for posting or not posting..
Though i have a lot of Brunswick in my bags, i am not biased to Big B.. I throw whatever ball of any brand that will work for me..
Yes it was meant as a teaser.. Because i look forward to trying these balls when they come out.. AND because i think these releases could be of interest for the general Brunswick-throwing public..
Still doesn't change the fact that i can't say anything about them..
If that's such a crime.. Just flame on..

They are a new abrasive pad, similar in concept to Abralon, but slightly less expensive and longer lasting. They are called Sia Air Velvet. Here are some references.

My Arsenal:

Bounty(4.5 x 4.75 Fresh 1000 Abralon)
Twisted Fury(5 x 4 500 Abralon + Reacta Shine)
Blue Vibe(5 x 5 4000 Abralon + Reacta Shine)
-
hahah that was a good clue

Perhaps the Diamond Back and Wild Card will be replacing the Copperhewad and Wild Ride respectively? I don't see much of a reason to release them if that wasn't the case.

Wild Card will be replacing the Maxx Zone.
-
I've gotten two of the test balls which are not allowed to be used in competition because they changed the labels and licensing. The diamondback is the perfect step below my siege which I match up with great. It gets a little more through the heads before making the strong but very smooth move into the pocket. The Wild Card is more angular than I expected from the B equipment. I have a control drilling on it and it still makes a strong angular move even through oil. The new releases are coming closer to the reaction most bowlers want to see and very versatile covers. I've tried most of the new balls at different grits and even some polishes and gotten good reads with everything.

So the Wild Card is going to be a Solid ConneXion cover? Wonder how much that thing will hook. I figured the Maxxx Zone would stay in the line because it's a strong but smooth ball, not like the Siege and probably the Diamondback.

Neither are 2000 grit Sia or 2000 grit Abralon. We''ve just bene using that as a convenient reference. Actually, both use the FEPA or European standard, as will all US made abrasives in the near future. So they are P2000 grit, period. So, yes, they''re the same. The grit numbers are all preceded by the letter, "P", to indicate they are graded using the FEPA standard.
Even Scotch-Brite''s newest nylon pad, the gold one, is made using the FEPA standard, not using the US or CAMI standard.
