You have a good release I think that you need to bend your slide knee a little bit more, other than that it looks good. I am thinking about getting a Red Zone too would be my first new Brunswick since the Teal Rhino.

The next video i will post some non strikes but in the making of that one i was bowling in a pretty easy house and i strung up 10 in a row and then got lazy and didnt get under it enough and left 2,4 and figure i'd leave it out. I know im not the cleanest style bowler (im no brunsnick) but thats y i posted my vid for some help construtive critism not meaningless crap out of some nobodys mouth. Thanks for those who did post some useful comments. Maybe SirNobody is searching a video of someone with good style and goin to post it up as his vid of himself. All i can say is get a life, because i know if u seen me bowl u wouldnt say anything to my face.

Alright tough guy, if he's so bad, where's your video. Is there a reason that you find it neccessary to be so negative to everyone on here and then wonder why people get pissed at you?
As for the video in question, I seem to remember someone named Chris Barnes who's doing pretty well with a high backswing and not projecting the ball that far. So until you post a video of yourself, back off everyone else.

your footwork needs to improve...try not to shuffle your feet,
speed of footwork needs to be slowed own...u are not running in the 100m sprint no need to be so fast,take each step as if you are walking and build up on your momentum on your last 3 steps,
good ballswing motion,
balance arm is not present,
cant see your release clearly though,
kneebend deeper...a more solid pivot will let u do more,
if u can try to change the above,you will find your ball speed increase with more power
