Title: punisher vs rampage

If you had both balls with the same pin and drilled them exactly the same, approximatly how many boads further left is the rampage than the punisher when you stand on the approach(when you set up before you start your delivery).

This gives me a better read between the 2 balls as far as hook when using the covers as a difference maker. I know you can't always do this but I'm just looking for an approximate read btween the 2 balls.

You'll be about 5-7 left with the Rampage.  The Punisher pushes so well that you'll need to find friction in order to use it.  The Rampage is alot stronger in comparison.
