Title: Raven Quantum - drill help
Post by: Roger Clausen on August 21, 2005, 02:12:44 PM
Have a black raven quantum with about 3 oz top weight and a 4" pin.  Currently drilled with pin over bridge with cg kicjed out about 1".  I think there is too much finger and top weight as the ball just doesn't get into a good roll.  Any drilling instructions which could help this situatioin?

First off I would get it checked to know how much finger and top you actually have.  Then my solution would be to go back and drill the fingers deeper.  This will remove finger, as well as top weight.  If this still isn't enough, add a weighthole to help get the ball into an earlier roll.

took the ball to the pro shop and founf only had 1/2 oz finger and only 3/4 oz side weight.  I don't remember if the specs on this ball i.e. RG doesn't allow the ball to roll early or hard....any suggestions??????
