While I'm here, Question about a Zone Classic???
« on: July 17, 2006, 04:06:18 AM »
I picked up a Zone Classic for a customer.  Think it as the last one that Classic had, anyway, it is a pin in ball, out about 1/4 of an inch.  No biggie, but it does not have the PSA/MB locater pin.  Is this because it is a pin in?  Blem?

The customer doesn't want the ball because of this, but I will probably drill i for me.  Can't have too many Zone Classics!!!

Nick, Ric, any help appreciated.

Odd.

I think D Pat came across one like this a while back. I'm sure the PSA is there, maybe something happened during manufacturing that they overlooked.

I think I remember that from a while back, Nick.  It had a black pin and it was just under the surface, maybe?  Like the plastic locator pin was just a pinch too short.

What about the engraving around the pin?  You can fake it by drawing a line through the shortest part of the ellipse.  Won't necessarily be perfect, but it should be close enough.

You could send it back and get another or you could spin it and find the mb with that determinator machine or another method.

What, did the golfer insult the Zone Classic while he was at it?

no,  the zone classic does not need any help doing that.

no the golfer just took a cheap shot at michelle wie,  and since i value the post of shelley,  i was just asking her view.
