What's the difference
« on: September 14, 2003, 10:19:02 PM »
What is the difference between Monster ScreamR and Monster Green/Black reactive. Just bought a Monster ScreamR off ebay($25 wow). I know coverstock is different but are they basicly the same type of ball? I want something for med lane oil. Brunswick is just so inexpensive so I guess thats way I always buy the big B. Also I have had some good scores with the big B.

the monster green/black reactive has the first generation monster core and has the powrkoil 17 reactive coverstock. the monster screamR has the lightbulb shaped core first found in the rhino pro line and the n'control reactive coverstock. the monster screamR will handle the drier lane condition better. both may work on a medium condition depending upon your style. i loved my screamR---great roll and a low price. good luck.
