I loved it at first even shot a 300 and a 299 in same tourney with it. It has recently got all shiny. Nothing like the box finish. So I cleaned using tracks ball cleaner and then dulled it to box and now it doesn't hook as much. What should i do?

Did you heat it to remove oil from the shell? It helps, just do it in a properly controlled heating environment and clean it with a good ball cleaner.

soak it in hot water and detergent something with a degreasing agent . yopur ball is only reacting to being soaked with oil get the oil out it will grip . i have a wmb that i hated until i soaked it now its like a brand new ball . be patient soak it wipe it soak it at least 2 or 3 times 15 to 20 min at a pop in hot tap water, i use dish detergent and a little 409 the oil comes out like cooking oil.
