Does the Sidewinder use PK or Activator as a base to the particle hybrid coverstock? Also, is the base for the Ambush the same?

I think the Sidewinder is PK18 base but I'm not entirely sure. No idea about the Ambush.

It's the cover from the Fuze Eliminator, which came out shortly before the Inferno line and Activator were introduced, so I'd go with PK18 like the rest of the Brunswick particle balls. The Ambush used the same cover, but a pearlized version rather than a solid/pearl hybrid like the Sidewinder.
The only BVP ball with an Activator-based cover is the Mammoth.

AFAIK, it is not the Aggressive Reactive base from the Fuze line (Eliminator), just plain PK18 like the Ambush with a light particle load - just with a stronger, rollier core and a slightly coarser OOB finish that makes it a slightly stronger ball on oilier shots.

It is the same base as the Fuze Eliminator, Navy Quantum and HPD.
That's the Ambush, right?
Both, according to their descriptions on the Brunswick website.
