big one versus scorchin
« on: March 05, 2006, 01:44:16 AM »
now all things considered, different bowlers varying ball speeds different drillings and what ever other variables one might want to consider i have bowled the same lanes with people throwing the scorchin as i was throwing my big one and i must say as bad as i am my big one out performs the scorchin hands down. shot on a reverse block yesterday and whatched a guy consistently not get the scorchin to the pocket and we were playing the same line lane for lane , and all i was doing was rolling the ball thru my target no monster crank no monster revs ,and the ball ,(once i found my line),politely rolled to the pocket and struck and struck . When i missed right it recovered to at least leave me with a makeable spare. I watched guys throw the total shock and awe, the carbide dirty bomb , infernos,gp2s, and nothing i mean nothing came out of the oil like this ball. I know this is the brunswick forum ,but i did mention some brunswick balls, lol.
