Anyone throwing one? Got one on the way. Debating how I want to drill it still. Looks promising.

Yes, it is pretty much a true skid/flip ball or at least pretty close. It is not overly sensitive to oil (for a pearl) but it will turn HARD when it hits friction. If you really want skid/flip, I would use low VAL angles (20-30 degrees) to enhance the response time. Higher VAL angles will mellow the motion a bit as would breaking the cover with a fine abralon pad but it will still be on the quicker side.

For the conditions I see I barely knocked the shine off and the ball is a strong pearl.
Mine is pin down to smooth out reaction, too, so for me it rolls like a (more angular) solid but hits like a pearl. Let's me open up angles nicely.

My No Rules Pearl is 50x4.25x30 with a P3 and it can sometimes give a hook/set motion or simply run out of energy. Probably need more oil for it honestly, but I figured I would try and change up the drilling a bit for this Tenacity and see if I can get it to be a bit more continuous at the end.

I think the issue could be the p3 hole. You increased the diff and int. Diff so it rolls forward too quick. I've had the same issue and 50x4.25x30 is my favorite layout.
For a p3 hole it has to be on a weaker layout or weaker ball, otherwise it can be overkill

When I go bowling I put my Mexican balls in Vietnamese ball sacks and drop them in my Chinese bowling bag. My Japanese shoes and Taiwanese towel are already in there.My grip sack,shoe covers, and other various imported accessories go too.These are the items that work for me. I paid for them and make no apologies for their origin.I don't know if it's possible to match my gear with ALL American goods. I do know the items were purchased here and the profit went to American businesses. My Tenacity is very useful in the transition. It glides thru the mids and is strong enough to stand up in the carrydown.I mostly use Quantums and I like the fact I have a different roll available when needed.

Yep if I can get a ball for half the price as it was at release six months to a year later then where the ball comes from doesn't matter a whole lot to me. Own plenty of balls made in America, vast majority even but not all.

I've noticed it seems like they almost start a balls production with a set end date already before they even watch sales. Then heavily discount to move stock, and start over. Not knocking the process, just an observation.

Just drilled this ball and used it for first time last night. Rolled great only problem does not carry the corner pins(10 7pins and 2 10 pins. Lefty) so much for Dynamicore hype. Been wanting to try a Brunswick ball for sometime because of the Dynamicore and I didn't see the extra 13% carry. Just glad only have $118 in this ball including drilling.

And how was it compared to your usual set? There's no magic ball out there even though every company tries to tell you they have it.
Sounds more like an issue of not getting the right angle to the pocket

Regardless of whatever hype any ball company produces, the #1 factor in controlling a ball's shape is coverstock prep. Weak corners on fresh oil are likely from the ball skidding too far down the lane (this was the same reaction I had OOB). Give it a light scuff with a 3k pad and see how it looks in league this week.

who said anything about weak corners, just tried using it in another house on Tuesday and same thing blows the rack and 7 Pin can't move out because reads friction too early can't move in because reads friction too late. Great motion just can't get corners out.

That would be an over/under reaction. Surface is your friend to get rid of that. Or it's just not the right ball for the condition if you have something else that works better
