Brunswick rates the Wild Thing with more hook, length, and angular break than the C-System 2.5
Hook Length Angular
Wild Thing 160 110 95
C-System 2.5 155 105 90
I am not reading it this way from the reviews????
Any imput would be appreciated.

I have both with basically the same layout and I would say the 2.5 is cleaner through the front, but they are both quite angular of the spot. I also think the 2.5 handles oil a bit better that the WT.

Yeah, I see your point and that's what made me drill my 2.5 the way I did.
I'd be inclined to reverse those breakpoint shape numbers myself. Or at least think of them that way.

IME I'd be inclined to agree with the numbers on a flatter pattern. These ratings apply to the ball in box finish, and for me, the Wild Thing has been surprisingly strong overall with the factory surface. On a house shot or a broken-down tournament pattern, though, I'd have to give the nod to the C-(System) 2.5 in terms of hook shape, though, because friction really brings out the change of direction with which this ball has become associated.

If that question is for me ugotobekidding I was under the impression the 2.5 was a lot stronger ball than the Wild Thing in hook and back end.

I like my Wild Thing, but haven't tried the 2.5
Depending on what you are looking for I think either would be a good choice. I have been able to find much better deals on the Wild Thing then the 2.5
