My second night with the Absolute
« on: February 15, 2007, 12:01:47 AM »
So far it seems to match up really well to my game.  I am a speed dominant bowler, and sometimes run into the problem of throwing right through the breakpoint.  So far this is NOT an issue with the absolute.  Much like my Pain, it's nearly impossible for me to throw it through the break, unless I don't get any fingers in the ball at all.  It holds it's line fairly well if I miss left, and has shown pretty good carry thus far.  My only complaint is that it doesn't have QUITE enough recovery for me if I miss too far right, and I can't really get it to turn the corner well from an inside line.  However, using it for my A game in the track area and outside has been great.  I have a 173 average and shot a 601 on Tuesday, with games of 205, 177 and 219.  It could have been a LOT better, but I opened in the tenth in both the first two games, flagging a ten in the first and then flagging a 7 in the second.  So far so good!

If you aren't watching 'The Wire,' the government should be forced to come to your house and repossess your television. END OF STORY!

Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Salnicker with the Southern Cal Bowling League, and I just got a, an informal report, that a member of your team, uh, Walter Sobchak, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...

BOB:  Did you see the way she was lookin' at me?
DOUG:  Yeah, because she thought you were some kind of freak!

Good to hear this one wasnt a dissapointment like the Smokin Inferno. The Smokin Inferno has been a decent ball to me but since I dont use it too often I traded it for a Legends World Class Reactive. Ive use it a few times and saw good things, Last saturday I tried it and it went straight. Does not like 60' of oil plus carry down! (I know that is an illegal pattern just being sarcastic)

Glad you like it, I might finally break down and get one myself.
