Red Zone
« on: October 22, 2006, 08:28:49 AM »
I won a Red Zone today in a raffle and I'm debating if I want to keep it or trade it for something else. I want something to go between my The One and ThunderStruk Pearl. Would this ball fit anywhere in there? It's pretty much a polished Strike Zone I know, but just looking for some opinions before I do anything with it.

thanks

Sorry let me be more specific. My One is at 500 Abralon pin up and the thunderstruck is at high gloss polish pin down.

How much different does the Red Zone react compared to the Zone Classic?

The Red Zone isn't a polished Strike Zone . . it's a lot closer to a smoother, earlier Classic.  I've had two SZ's, and two Classics.  The SZ is a lot stronger and a lot earlier than the Red.  The Red is a lot tamer than the Strike.  The Strike starts chewing and is aggressive from the moment it hits the lane, the Red glides through the heads and revs up a lot later.
