I was thinking about getting a ball to mess around with . A ball that I always wanted to get . Have anyone thrown the Brunswick Shock Zone Pro? My fall arsenal are

1. Ultimate Inferno
2.Absolute inferno
3.Time Zone
4.Punisher

Wouldthis ball be good to put into this line up ? Or get the raging inferno?

Thank you in advance for all your help.

I had the shock zone pro...sold it last year...

It would move pretty good in the oil with some surface.  Since it is particle, i would guess it is above the Ultimate, but I haven't thrown the UI. It was 4 x 3 I think.....good move off the dry boards.

Do NOT under estimate the UI, trust me. I think they would be very close to each other, hard to say if it would be above or below the UI, or if it would overlap.

If you're familiar with the Brunswick ball comparison chart the Shock Zone Pro was placed at N13.  By comparison the UI is at Q17 and the closest two balls to it are the Impulse Zone at P13 and the Classic Zone at N10.

The shock zone was also polished particle.  With surface, I still believe it would be more than the UI...but like I said, I haven't thrown the UI.  I also forgot about the Impulse, it could be very close.

The shock zone pro would fit in between the absolute and the time zone. It is proactive but its hook is 115.

You can't take just the hook potentional into consideration though. You also should look at length and breakpoint as well. That is if you want a true pic of how they would all work together.
