Ok thats what I thought, but with the website writing like they got it seems like it could be particle or particle pearl.

Does this ball have a mass bias mark or just a pin/cg mark?

The Total Inferno is a pearl reactive, no particles.  It is a symmetric ball with basically the same core as the rest of the Infernos.

Thanks

What would be a good layout suggestion? I throw around 15.5 mph and im a high rev player with my pap at 4 7/8 3/4 Down.

I want this to be a ball where I can stand on 18 and play 12-15 and have a smooth reaction thru the mids with an arc on the backend.

Any suggestions?

So its a sanded pearl essentially? This is my first Inferno and Ive seen a few Totals rolled and I like the reaction and carry of them.

The "Gription" additive in the coverstock is designed to act like a particle additive. It's different form their normal particle, so they don't use that specific term in their ball description.

Those of us who've thrown this ball can attest to its ability to handle lots of oil, whereas most pearl reactives cannot.  Think of it like a low-load pearl particle ball as far as the reaction you'll likely see.

Sanded?  No, I believe it's got a Rough Buff finish.  RB is a semi-shiny finish.  The Fury Pearl is sanded, 4000-grit.  That's practically polished, though.

the brunswick total inferno is a pearlized reactive ball. it is not a particle ball. the ball comes from the factory wetsanded 220 grit and then finished with brunswicks rough buff----a rubbing and finishing compound basically.
