How would a UI react drilled 2 - 2.5 inches off of my axis?

No idea. But if you gave us some information about your game, perhaps we could make an educated guess.

My pap is 4 5/8 over
I average around 15.5 to 16 mph
I'm not too sure about my rev rate... I'm a tweener though I just don't know an exact number.
Right handed.

Pins placed closer to a bowlers PAP decreases flare and generally allows the ball to react sooner and smoother in the back part of the lane. A good layout for wet dries/over-under side to side. Rollier in the oil and smoother in the friction. Also depends on whether a weight hole is used.

Besides the fact that my Wizard is just a great ball, I drilled it close to what you're describing. The crazier the shot, the more this ball excels. Just very stable and strong.
