anyone know what happened to the "performance series" of bowling balls on the website ? when you go to , "balls, bags, shoes, and apparel", and click on "balls", there is no performance series showing the copperhead and the swarm.

nope-----the choices go from, "fury & inferno--high performance", to "zone asymmetric", to "avalanche--retro core & proven coverstocks". the "performance series" was between the zone and avalanche captions but now it's gone. ric or nick, can either of you shed some light on this ?

That link took me to the Performance series balls.  After clicking the header, it also takes me to this page - http://www.brunswickbowling.com/performance_series?noCache=773:1215086223

Maybe you need to clear your temp i-net files and/or browser cache?

But, you are correct, the performance series is not available from the main "ball" page.

Greg,

It's been there for weeks that I can recall. There must be something goofy going on with your computer... Try these links.

http://www.brunswickbowling.com/bvp_swarm3?noCache=689:1215102432

http://www.brunswickbowling.com/bvp_copperhead?noCache=992:1215102512

On edit:  Where the picture used to be it now says "invalid asset URL" but the description shows up. We need a comnputer dude to answer why I can see them from the Brunswick site but Greg can't.

if you go to either of thoose links and go to the very top right where it says balls the drop down has the performance series there and you can click it and get to them.

It appears that they changed the images and links on the page and goofed when they created the performance series category.  The invalid asset URL means there is supposed to be a image link there that the site cannot find (hence the goof).  The drop down navigation still shows the links to the page and they work correctly.

It shouldn't be a cache issue because the site prevents that with the links.
