Title: What current Brunswick ball would match up to a Red Alert SE?
Post by: Jesse James on March 21, 2017, 09:42:56 AM
Always loved the flare and roll of this piece! Since they are no longer made, what new Big B piece is comparable, since I may need to do a pin down version of my original Red Alert SE??

(shot a 735 last night with this ball. 213-223-299, and a shot of Doc's Magic Elixir)
the elixir did wonders for my overall carry!

The Vintage Danger Zone is a remake of the original Danger Zone but will perform better with today's oil types. Another good replacement would be the Fanatic SS which will have a stronger midlane reaction.

Doc used to say that Magic Elixir reduces the ball's ability to absorb oil, but, as a side effect, makes the ball go slightly longer.
