medium and heavy oil synthetics? I want it to be very controlable like a arc. I love the way my D/T Anomaly rolls and breaks so smooth. I need another ball that would give me a smooth roll and arc reaction. I thought about the absolute, but wouldnt that be more a snappy ball? What about the original inferno?

absolute inferno drilled to roll early will be smooth. so will a warp zone. a monster bruiser with a bit of surface would be very very smooth, but will not have much hook. (although, since you have so many revs it shouldn't be a problem)

I have tried a freinds nemesis and it didnt do much for me. I guess it didnt like alot of side roll b/c it just scooted too far before picking up a good roll. I could get it to work on light oil or a THS but not for medium and heavy.
I need something that likes sideroll.

We have oily synthetics at the lanes I bowl on. People seem to be doing very well with the Ultimate Inferno with a strong drilling. The Absolute does not fare as well by me. I use a Dynothane Things Lives and it crushes.

Like I said, i'm looking something smooth and controlable. I also have a thing lives, but it has more snap than what I want this ball to be. Dont get me wrong...I love my TL but I want another ball for a more controlable piece.

Particle balls by design are smoother/more predictable than reactives. I would go with an Impulse Zone if I were you, but even though it is not a particle, I think that the Ultimate could handle Med-Heavy/Heavy for sure depending on the surface. Many people have had great sucess polishing up Ultimates, and the ultimate is not a backend monster like other balls, it should react more smoothly. Both balls should work, and the Impulse is my first choice.
This is all just my opinion though.

If you can get one, the discontinued Fuze Eliminator. Great ball for synths, smooth and control with a great backend. I suppose that the Impulse Zone might react similarly, maybe even stronger and with more derilling options since it has an asymmetric core.
