original inferno. Or an Intense inferno, BUT they are very condition specific so be careful.

Not knowing the exact specs, I'd go for the OI. Very adaptable ball for a wide range of lane conditions. II might be itchy on dry lanes - I have seen people without speed and revs struggling with it. Much the same for the AI. Activator+ might be the stronger coverstock, but it is very hard to cobntrol when the lanes are not right.
Beside the OI, also consider the Zone Classic - low RG, too, and Activator coverstock.

if i had to get one inferno it would be the absolute. the coverstock is easily adaptable to changes like sanding and polishing.

Oringinal INferno well be your best choice for medium to big backend.
put the pin above and between the bridge and the cg kick out to the right with a balance hole. This make the ball go longer and snap at the backend.

The only Inferno I've had drilled is the Intense and it goes really long before snapping hard on the backend. From everything I've read, the II is the Inferno that is supposed to go the longest of the series as well. I've also seen people go to the Absolute and Original Inferno's because of their versatility and wholeheartedly agree from the reactions I've seen from people who have those two Infernos. Hope this helps!

If one doesn't know his release, delivery and the oil pattern + lane surface on which he's bowling, he could need an Unlitmate Inferno or a Power Groove. Specualtion is fruitless.
