Wizard for heavy medium oil?
« on: March 15, 2007, 06:12:07 AM »

How does this ball work on a medium heavy to heavy oil patterns?  Would the Total or Scorchin' be a better choice?

Thanks for the help.

In my opinion, the cover on the Wizard will read the lane earlier. Mine is quite good on oily conditions. Much of it will depend on your surface preparation and layout with any of these.

IMHO a good choice, esp. when you are looking for performance over overall hook. The Wizard/Nemesis at 800 grit needs some oil to be handy, and for lower speed bowlers it is a great and priceworthy oil ball choice. It really does not always have to be a high performance piece.
