hi, i need a ball that can react in oil and is fairly aggressive that hits hard, i carry about a 170 average and this is my first year bowling. I would just like to know what the real difference between the 2. thanks, happy thanksgiving!

Depending on layout, about 5 boards of hook for me.
Raging hooks more. And earlier.
Hard to compare - raging inferno is a high load particle, deuce is a reactive ball.
I love 'em both, but find the deuce FAR more versatile - it hooks a bunch...
I don't often run into enough oil for the raging.

I don't have any storm equipment, but I can tell you that the raging inferno is AWESOME...(read my post on this).....

When the heads go away though, so should this ball.........

I have not used the Raging but I've seen it!

It reacted just like my Riot Zone.

Character of Riot Zone is it grabs thru heavy oil in the heads and demands backends to hit! The Raging on pair next to me looked the same!

The Xfactor deuce does not grab as early yet will hook in some carrydown.

Me I'd get an Xfactor Deuce and I'm a big Brunswick fan.

For heavy heavy oil, better balls from Big B in my opinion are the Fuze Detonator and the Swamp Monster.

So the real question is where is your oil?? Front with dry backs Raging.
Front and back then the Xfactor deuce.
