Danger Zone HPD core?

I just picked up a lightly used Brunswick HPD.

What type of core is in the ball?
The ProActive DTX-1 coverstock is a particle, correct?

Is it worth plugging and redrilling?

Great ball.Mine's still on the shelf along with the recap sheet from the 300-746 I threw with it.It also won me enough money to make back the $279 I payed for it when it was THE ball to have.
 As for today's oil,I'm not sure.I'd think with the particle load you could definitely opint it straight up,and also be able to swing it a little depending on the revs you have.
 It does need the Trizact resurfacing method as I recall,which is a little time consuming.

Duke,
 Don't get rid of it.Use it as an experiment ball when you get ready to go to #14,if and when that becomes necessary.
 I once bought a ball off of eBay that was supposed to be #16.When I got it weighed,it was #15.I had it redrilled with a strong drilling,and it worked great when I played it fairly straight.The light weight let me keep my armswing free,and the strong drilling overcame the ball speed increase.

abralon at 500 then rough buff, rolls great and hooks like a monster on medium conditions, tends to skid in the heavy stuff though

never bothered using trizact i just dont use regular sandpaper on it
