What is your PAP and how is it drilled?  I tend to track higher with "weak" equipment.  The general rule is to place the pin in the flare safe zone for high trackers - pin over the line between your ring finger and your PAP.

Like Conspirator300 states, certain drillings can lead to a trcak acrioss the fingers. When the pin is set very high above the grip center, this can occur.

Additionally, inproper pitches or finger grips can lead to such a phenomenon. Watch out that you put enough pressure on your ring finger upon release, otherwise the track might move higher, too.

thanks for the replys, but i don't really think it has to do with the drilling cos i got a really good driller(someone who does the national bowler's balls). Maybe my span is a little small or a litle too far?

Actually, it IS the drilling/layout, regardless of what you may believe, young man; now, as recommended in a previous thread, get to your pro shop and have that "good driller" come up with a "good" solution for your high-track issue.
Good luck !!!
