Title: Zone Classic layout help..
Post by: FastTracker33 on November 22, 2006, 05:22:56 AM: How can i drill this? Where would the pin, cg and psa end up?? I need it kinda strong on a medium condidition

Post by: Traumatize on November 22, 2006, 02:06:08 PM: I'd say go pin above the bridge, MB on the VAL. That should keep the cg within legal weights, unless the top weight is super high.

Post by: Joe Jr on November 22, 2006, 02:48:43 PM: Putting the PSA too far pas the VAL could reverse the flare if i'm not mistaken. Like I said eariler, ignore the Cg, having on the negative side of the ball is not going to effect the ball reaction.

Post by: FastTracker33 on November 22, 2006, 02:54:20 PM: okay.. here's the specs on the ball, BUT i'm not 100% sure of this driller, but he needs this ball done now. His PAP is 5 over that's it, lol. Medium revs, kinda fast speed, he's been picking that up a bit lately

Pin above Ring or bridge, mass bias about 1-2 inch's right of thumb.

And the CG on an assymetrical ball usually does not matter.

Basically yes, it would put the cg almost under middle finger or more to the left, and the PSA like that correct.
