Opinions/Suggestions on Arsenal
« on: July 28, 2006, 12:20:00 PM »
Hey all, lookin for a 4 ball arsenal for the upcoming season and I need help filling gaps.  I'd be considered a stroker/tweener.  I like to either play up the 1st arrow or from 3 arrow to 1 arrow.  Let me know what you think about this..

Heavy: Scorchin or Strike Zone
Medium/Heavy: Absolute Inferno
Medium: Radical Inferno
Medium/Light: ??

Give me suggestions, thanks guys...

i'll second or even 3rd (if there is such a thing) both brunsrob and jason...simply because i use both the punisher and monster slay/r.  Punisher is a great late 2nd/early 3rd game ball for me, as by then the oil has carried down and the heads are close to fried if not fried already.  And when the carrydown goes away, and the punisher gets too strong, the slay/r, with its mild core <derived from the Quantum family if you can go back that far>, and fairly mild coverstock <Powerkoil LS> is the perfect ball to avoid the burnout one might encounter using stronger equipment on fried conditions, yet still strong enough to blast racks apart. so as a 1-2 punch for both medium/dry and dry, id say go for both.  If you happen to encounter slightly more oil than just a plain toasted condition, go for the punisher.  If you find that your bowling on absolute toast <such as a 2nd shift condition>, give the slay/r a whirl.  I guarantee that you WONT be dissappointed!

depending upon how much "dry" you'll face, either the bvp punisher or the power groove dry/r.

thanks guys, but what about the Heavy, M.Heavy, and Medium parts?  Are the choices that I have good choices or should I look at something else?
