I recently made a deal with the user Wobble(Jason Seiler). I purchased 3 balls from him. A Desert Heat,Arsenal Aggressive Particle, and a Xception. The Xception was in decent shape, but I will let you see the other 2 for yourselves! First, here is the link to how he described them.

I don't know what most people's definition of EXCELENT CONDITION would be, but I'm guessing nothing you saw in those pictures.He does not think there is anything wrong with this. Now if I sell a ball here and it has cracks...I will make sure the buyer knows this before selling to him. He never once mentioned any damage or cracks. I have tried to get him to resolve this without me leaving this feedback, but he will not agree to what I asked. I paid $40 shipped each for these for a total of $120.00.  He finally told me to send the Desert Heat and Arsenal back and he will send $80 back to my paypal. Its gonna cost me $25 or more to send the 2 balls back to him, so I asked if he would split the shipping with me. Also I asked that he refund the money to my paypal first and then I would send the balls back. He denied my request and then says "we have nothing further to discuss". Now why should I have to send the balls back first and risk losing the balls and my money. I have already been screwed once in this deal and don't plan to let him do it again. I just want to give warning to anyone that may consider dealing with this user. He is dishonest and clearly does not care about his reputation here. I would advise everyone here to steer clear of this loser. This is my first bad experience here out of 40 something deals on this site. It will leave a bad taste in my mouth for a while, but I know there are alot of  honest sellers here too. I guess I will just only deal with members here that I have dealt with before.

I agree that the condition of the balls were over valued.  Both have some cracking, and the Desert Heat needs a resurface and has some decent chips missing, but at least not on the track side.

You may have been in too much of a hurry since you didn't want to let a potential good deal slip away.  You should have told him that you would take the equipment pending you looking at the pictures he said he would provide.

Guys, I requested pics through pm and he sent pics of all 3 to my email. All three balls were positioned to not show any damage. They were all taken from the label side were no damage could be seen. He knew what he was doing. I will try to figure out how to post the email here and show the pics he sent to me.

Once again, I am amazed at people who cannot give an accurate description. I mean, you have the ball in your hand. If it has a small nick on the underside of the ball, say it. Be honest and quit trying to screw people.

OK guys, here are the pictures he sent to my email before I bought them. You tell me what you would have thought about the balls before buying. They look good from that side on all of them. I beleive he positioned them strategicaly to not show the cracks or chips.

A couple nicks is one thing, but the 2 marks on the right side of the DH are big chips missing from the ball not nicks. There is also a gouge on the back of the ball. These are the least of my worries b/c I can use some clear plug and fix these since they are not in the track. However, should'nt these be mentioned in the description? By my selling perspective they should! The main problem I have with both balls is the cracking.

Tim,

Based on those pictures, I wouldn't have had a problem buying them either. My opinion is that you have been misled. Just my thoughts. Just for the record, I have done numerous deals with Tim (Legend4life95) and every single one went off without a hitch. Great person to deal with.

Thanks Tracy! I was taken by this loser once and I will not take the chance of sending the balls back and then he keep my money too. I am the one with flawless feedback, he should send my loot back first and then I ship his balls back.

Sorry legend i would have bought those balls from the photos my self, another PRICK SELLER TO RID!!!  You losers need to leave our board or someday you are going to make the mistake of being were a couple of us live. I think it is time to lump up some idiots that screw us, it gets me pissed seeing what happens to people on here anymore.

Man, I hate to say it... but you should not have to pay a DIME to get your money back, or the balls back to him.. you are doing him a FAVOR by willing to pay half the shipping...

But have you ever seen one with a crack from one finger hole all the way around the other and back to the top of the first hole? Like the Aggressive? I have never seen one this bad and I know it did'nt start off that bad. It had to progress to that point.
