I just comepleted a trade with Chad and the ball I received was in the exact condition as described.

Thanks to Chad for being a man of his word.. I have dealt with him before this and hope to deal with him again..

Gotta give kudos to both on this.  Done plenty of deals with Chad and all have been flawless.  Jim has great feedback here and is a great guy.  Plus....he's short and fun to pick on!!  But....still a great guy.
