Just wondering if anyone has had any deals with him, or has heard from him. I bought a ball from him on the 11th and I've been trying to contact him. Thanks if anyone can help.

Thanks ak! That guys story is the same one as mine. We must have paid the same day, and we are both getting the shaft. I don't know what ball he bought, but I bought his Triple X Factor fully plugged. I guess only time will tell, and I'll have to keep this post close to the top. thanks again!

I was talking to him about the same ball xxx-extreme 14lb, on the 13th and again on the 15th. At those times he told me the ball was DRILLED and available. I still have his emails if anyone needs them. I also asked about a depth charge on the 13th and it was still available as well. Sorry you guys are having trouble with him, if I can help, let me know.

The XXX I'm talking about is the 14# plugged, not the extreme. I paid for it on the 11th, and haven't got it or got a tracking number yet. If you can get ahold of him,let him know I am wanting my ball.

I Paypaled this guy on the 17th. for a Fear Factor and a XXX extreme
and I have left messages. He got his money but I dont have the balls!!! He is getting My messages , but no response from him.
I have e-mailed him tonight . We will see if I get a response...Ken

I think I'm in the same boat. Although I did get some lame PM from him a little bit ago that said it was a bowling centers fault. At least that's what I think it said. I gave him till 5:00 today to provide a valid tracking number. If I don't get one, then I'll submit the claim and get the investigation with paypal started. We'll see what happens.
I paid for mine on the 18th.

I am sorry this is happening to you.. As a reminder, if you file a Paypal claim and the person has withdrawn the money you paid him already, you will not get a refund unless you paid extra for the buyers protection plan that paypal offers to comfirmed sellers. I always buy that protection if I have any doubt at all about the seller..

It looks like everything is working out for me now. According to UPS, I should get the ball on Monday.

earzbroken doesn't have the tracking numbers, because he doesn't ship the balls himself. He uses these guys to ship balls for him:

I guess this guy has had some medical problems, which has slowed down his shipping process. He has offered me two extra balls for my troubles, to make up for my long wait.
He explained things to me, and my ball will be here on the 3rd. I'll keep this updated when it arrives.

Have refrained for a while, but this guy has always been a bit on the shady side. He has had issues many times before under various names. They seem to get resolved but always with issues or delays. If all of you get what you want thats all that matters just be careful.

his intentions may be good but he has no ablity to follow through. he gave me a run around for so long that I just did not care. he had personal problems and I agve him plenty of time 4 months or so.
he is to inmature to take responsibilty for his actions. I would proceed with caution with this guy. and get your part of the transaction first.
as for the pro shop hewdelivers out of. they supposedly sold the balls he was to trade me. I did not even want to get involved in this three way night mare. I learned my lesson and moved on.

He kind of left the site for a while after getting quite a few people pissed some time ago.

Well to follow up. The ball I bought on Feb. 11th finally showed today. He said he'd send two more balls to make up for the inconvience, but I don't know if I'll see them or not. This has been a big hassle. He says he had some medical problems, and was not able to get this done.
I told him to let people know what his situation is, since he's got alot of people P.O. at him right now here. I'm just glad I finally got my ball, and this is all over.
If anyone else needs contact info on him to finish their deal, let me know and I will try to help you out.

I hope he didnt have back problems again. I paid for three balls and never recieved them after a month his sister emailed me and told me he had back problems. I ended up fileing paypal fraud and he sent me my money back.
