Beware of chucksta29 **UPDATED**

I knew better than to trade with this little . I've done multiple deals here before (but never with a 15 year old) and have never been burned, until now. I traded 2 balls for his Lane 1 carbide bomb, well he got mine just as I promised and all i've gotten is excuces. I will keep on him and i'm even going to call his parents!

To play devils advocate here for a moment, let's give Chuck the benefit of the doubt.  How would you feel in his position, someone sends you equipment that is stated to be in good condition, and shows up torn to pieces?  If I was a teenager, I would be thinking that some guy is trying to take advantage of me and I would be reluctant to send him any equipment in trade either.  There is/was no way for Chuck to know if the balls were sent in good condition and damaged in transit, or if they were junk to begin with.  Obviously Chuck and 7 have come to an agreement that will satisfy them both, so everyone saying we need to go beat up Chuck and what not should really back off and let the two parties involved settle it themselves.

Well maybe were on the right track to getting this worked out. This is the message I just recieved from him:

im not trying to be an a** but your not helping either, i have the bomb and a rhino and the rhino i had split and i can't use it, so i stopped using the bomb cause you wanted it and have been using another ball, i can't help but feel like im getting screwed, not that im saying your to blame, but when they arrived they were ruined, so now if i give you the bomb you get something to use but i have nothing and isn't the the intention of a trade so that both people get something they can use,i guess im fine with giving you the bomb but im being f**ked not on your part obviously fedex did something and im sure you didn't pay for the insurance on the balls so i can't file a complaint. the bomb is yours i'll get you the tracking number when i ship it which will be friday or monday hopefully, sorry that this got drug out like so bad, and the only reason i held out was because i wasn't going to have anything to use, i had no intentions of ever intentionally screwing you out of your balls. i have made remarks and stuff but you refering it to being because of my age is bull s**t cause your were doing the same thing as along with everyone in the forum that you started. i also changed my signature

Well Chuck came through and has provided me with a tracking number, I owe him an appoligy, so i'm sorry Chuck. It looks as if this problem has been resolved. I will update this post when I recieve the ball.

Thanks for everyone's support for helping me get this thing worked out. I'm not sure if I could has gotten it resolved this quick otherwise.

Well here is the latest. The tracking # he gave me was no good, so I messaged him on Friday and he told me that he gave the ball to his mom to ship. Well I messaged him yesterday and he said his mom shipped it by she hasn't given him a tracking # yet. I hope he is telling the truth i'm tired of dealing with this I just want it to be over!

i went to my moms work and tried to find it on her desk and the only one i found was the number i gave him and it turned out to be the wrong one and i apoligize for that, and bob im not a self centered jerk and my parents have little say in what i do, i just had her ship it from her work cause it was cheaper, y would i spend the money to send him stuff that was worthless, instead i wanted to fix it so i could still give him the bomb but i needed somethng i could use also, and i didn't admit to screwing him over i was defending myself from people who were saying i was doing it on purpose,
