Title: bowlingnut07 deal with caution
Post by: axeweldr on July 18, 2008, 12:49:20 AM
Seems that bowlingnut07 is pretty much as guilty as he claims Dyno-thane300 is.  Had a deal in the works with him, all we had left was to send pics of each others items.  Well went to the pro shop a little to late, so I had to deal a day in getting pics of the ball I was to trade.  So make the trip there next day, and low and behold he already traded it.  Nothing like wasting a trip and burning up the gas in my tank.  Nothing to tell me that he might have another deal, just send an email that he got a two for one deal for the ball and could not resist.  Not even a sorry, or anything along those lines.  It takes a lot for me to get pissed at, but this is one of those things.  Lets get 90% thru a deal and then back out!

Before you throw stones at others, why don't you try not to do the same thing to other people.  It's a two way street, that how we do things around here. One word RESPECT!

this is really starting to get to be rediculous
i told all other parties that pm'd me as well
u told me ud said pics that day. and never got em
if i had said  U GOT A DEAL. then i could see u being mad
but this wasnt a done deal so get over it

You never said that you where considering other option, and or deals.  I don't know how many deals you have done on here, but I can tell you, I have probably dealt with almost everyone on here at one time or another.  I know people can stand up for me.

we never said we were gonna trade we were just considering it
as i never saw what shape the ball was in.
and i waited more then 1 day for pics dude. i was able to trade locally and got it done since u never sent pics. im sorry we didnt get this done but its not near the same as what dyno didd cuz he said WE HAVE A DEAL. thats a gaint difference

I guess we will have to just leave this post on here. So people know what type of "deals" they can make with you.  Love wasting time on someone that had no intentions of making a deal.

HAHA thats a good one
people can think what they want
every trade ive agreed to. ive made without issues. and every purchase has been payed in cash. so if theres issues with that then its not my problem
remember WE NEVER SAID IT WAS A DONE DEAL. if we had done that. NO OTHER trade would have a occured. plain and simple.

DUDE IT WAS LISTED IN PUBLIC FORUM
so U KNOW OTHER TRADE OFFERS COME IN
and i do recall saying to you still considering other offers
nevertheless i dont think its worth u being this mad and comparing what dyno did to this. HE 100% agreed to a trade ad then dealt it somewhere else.
so its different all together

Never once did you say in your messages, you where still considering other options.

you wrote:
i have a levrg solid in sweet shape 15lb single drill
id trade for your nighthawk pearl

you wrote:
got pics?
if so send to
riverrat69@cox.net

you wrote:

Mass bias to right of thumb
ill send pics later today!!

you wrote:
when u say trick drill ? is that rico?

you wrote:
thats cool
send
are u interested then in my ball?

you wrote:
heck ya!!

you wrote:
ok sounds fine

you wrote:
ball has been traded
2 for 1 i couldnt back down from that

Those are all the messages you sent to me.  I don't see where you said you where still considering other options?   But it must be somewhere, since you told me?

John (Axewelder) is a standup guy who was only asking for some communication.
I dont care if uou say it was a public forum. Its only common courtesy to let people know what is going on. If you are dealing with multiple people, give everyone the courtesy of the status of the trade !

well, for starters, i'd NEVER deal with a user who does not have a profile. i'd also never deal with someone who types as badly as bowlingnut07. based on his grammar and constant use of internet slang and abbreviations, i'd say he's about 16.

no, i have NOT read the entire thread, there's entirely too many grammatical errors and lack of punctuation to understand half of whats going on.

That's true only if they don't have a rep on the site.

John doesn't have a profile but he has a good rep on this site.  I've met him and he is a good guy.  First timers, and guys with high user numbers need to have profiles.

I have had a couple deals with John as well. Never had any problems, straight up guy, I trust him. Sometimes you just have to give a guy a chance if there's no profile or he's new to the site, but even though John may not have a profile, he's a stand up guy, in my book.

I read the original F/S  F/T posting, if that's the right one, and didn't see where any mention of 'taking offers'. To each his own, but sounds like to me John has his right to feel messed over, just my 2 cants and I probably shouldn't had said anything, but it's raining here a slow this morning.

Prince,

I would have to go with bn07 on this one:

A persons writting style doesnot dictate how they will act.
While I am a bit older I use some of the internet slang, I am hip lol
I would rather sift through the garbage to get to the facts than to just start posting without reading most of it.

I don't know what kind of guy bowlingnut07 is, but i did have communications with axeweldr some time ago.  If i were you axeweldr i would as bowlingnut07 said "let it go".  You once gave me the impression you were buying a Lanemasters Guaranteed from me back in 2005 and i have never forgotten it.  All you did the whole time was make offers you never followed up on while attempting to low ball me.  I find it funny to see you here whining about how you got shafted while wasting your valuable time.  I guess what goes around comes around doesn't it.  I don't hold any grudges for that, just stating that the pot should not call the kettle black.

IMHO (another one for you prince ),

I would just let this one go.  It is not like what maizner had to go through,
eventhough things worked out in the end.
