StrikeKing -
You may want to look at some of the suggestions given to azguy under the cheeks300 feedback post. http://www.ballreviews.com/Forum/Replies.asp?TopicID=197678&ForumID=71&CategoryID=5

Police, IC3, etc. could/should be contacted.

Also, if any part of the transaction was done through the US Post Office, then you might have a shot at a mail fraud charge against him.

Do you feel it is appropriate to post BragBowlin's name since he may change his user ID on this site?

I did post his name and address once, but here it is again:
Ron Williams
2412 Green Valley Drive
Suitland, MD. 20746-2307

As for reporting him, he's not worth the trouble. It cost me a used bowling ball and $13.56 postage. That's why I called him a "petty thief".

Maybe, but if you don't report him, he'll feel free to pull this kind of stunt again. Where's the negative reinforcement needed to help him "learn" to make better decisions?

I understand it's not about the money or the ball, but it should be about the principal of not allowing people to be ripped off.
