Anyone dealt with Dbum?

Anyone do any deals with this person? I sent money via pay pal Thursday, said he'd ship out Thursday or Friday (8/2 or 8/3) and send tracking number.  Its now Saturday (8/4) and I've contacted them about a tracking number but no response yet.

He's good, he was having issues with his FedEx account no worries-sorry if I jumped to conclusions.
