FWIW Matt squared up with me and has agreed to even pay me the money I lost since the deasl I got was not the one we originally agreed on.

He did (however) tell me that he squared up with Shaggy on the Inferno deal.

Shags, yes or no???

See I have a $111 money order here for a used Golden Nugget that Matt wants. Maybe I need to send the $$$ to Shaggy instead and keep my Nugget.

Opinions anyone?

pnj, heres something I bet you didn't know. I (along with tha fluffer) were the ones that have been turning him in before, and giving out his phone number, addy, even his proshops number (so he wouldn't drill any stolen balls). He had a few good deals on here before this, and this went sour. I turned him in. Sorry if thats a problem. One thing I'm pretty upset about is that he was telling people he was me and using my mail address to mail money orders with (or so I've heard). I ship/have shipped stuff for a few people on this site, most live in Canada and I do it do save them shipping charges. As for Doug's idea, I think that would be a good idea. It's not like I'm the only person on here that knew him either. I can think of 4 people from around my area that I know know him and knew he was on the site. I've had nothing but great deals on this site, and I'm keeping it that way.

It will probably be an unsigned money order from a fake name.  Take Doug's offer and take the money teach him a lesson.  Who else has he scammed too?  Speak up?

Matt, you screwed up and screwed people out of money.  Since you owe people money, then you need to suck it up and go tell your parents so that they can again bail you out.  Others should not have to wait for their funds for your inability to follow through on an agreement.  Let your parents be the ones that wait however long for you to pay off the debt.

So out of curiousity what happen to the AZO Red Fire that was suppose to be traded for the inferno.  Was that another ball that you were trying to steal or did you not have it.  The problem with people like you (MATT) is that this forum is for a community of bowlers to get along and try out new equipment by trading.  You have pretty much ruined that concept for me trying to trade with other newer members.  Now I will only stick to certain people.  It's not like bowling if a very profitable sport for most people.  Most people that just bowl in leagues or every once in a while bowl in tournaments don't make any money at all or very little.  Bowling is a lot like short track racing.  You have to buy your bowling balls, get them drilled, most people do not drill there own, then bowl with them.  In both hobbies you spend lots of money and don't win squat...  Honestly what kind of money can the average person make?  Not much we all bowl for fun.  Then we have people like MATT who offers trades to people who want to try a different ball with no intentions of trading anything.  So that is what is even more frustrating.  I have never made a deal with you but have read up on the post for you.  If my kids did what you are doing I would make sure they would never be on the computer again.  Again just my 2 cents worth.  I have no sympathy for you even if you are making everything right because you are only making it right because you know there are several lawsuits that can be coming against you.

Matt you may not grasp this, but in the real world of adults we need our money to pay bills and things of this nature.  It isn't just a cool thing to have.  We can't go to mommy and daddy to get money and if you don't get it from them you still survive you have what you need paid for by them.  Everytime you rip somebody off you are stealing away from what might be the money they need to survive.  Glad Shaggy didn't need his money the last 6 months.  While you were buying more balls and crap like that he had nothing.  Hope you enjoy.

DOUG .. Admitately.. I don’t know what’s going on here .. I just see your comment about giving the money you received for a purchase to someone else and not send the ball purchased.. I DON'T think that’s a good idea. The buyer has something to prove the money was sent to YOU .. think you would have a PROBLEM .. but that’s my opinion .. I’d be at fault if I didn’t tell you my thoughts BEFORE you take an action! Good LUCK!

Joe makes a  good point, vigilanty justice would probably land you in trouble Doug. This kid would most likely try to hurt you after all was said and done. I know I wouldn't sell or trade him anything though.

I think I would just send him the money back and tell him it should go to Shaggy.  That is up to you though a sale is a sale and I can understand that side too.

It would seem that you should already have had it from the prior agreement(s) that you had with him...that said, given that he may not be following the thread, have you bothered trying to PM him?  Even if he wasn't logging on each day, he would get an email notification about a pending PM in his box.

Matt,

You can afford to buy a ball from Doug for $111, but you can't pay me the $138 except in $25 installments???  It would not be fair for Doug to send me the $111 without your consent because the two of you had an agreement.  If you give your consent to allow Doug to send me the $111, I will accept that as payment in full.

What....a....little....weasel!!!  "I'm never coming on this site again"....I have literally seen this kid write this phrase more than twice....what a little punk...Kids like you give minors bad names....just hope this doesn't deter anyone from dealing with respectable minors.  I'm not 18 yet, but I've had nice, smooth deals with people so far, and I don't want some idiot like this ruining things for me....Which reminds me, Doug, hows that Thing Returns going?  Has the money gone through?  LMK.  The difference with me is, is that I actually have my own money...no more parent borrowing for me.

Shaggy, you make a valid point.  I don't think you should listen to anything he says.  But I think his mommy would have to sign the agreement too...the kid could try and come up with something to say you stole his money, and his parents would convince everyone else that "he's just a kid" and didn't know what he's doing and that you guys were trying to take advantage of him...Just watch out, it's all I can tell you.

Anyways, good luck to all who are trying to work through this (except "crazyb*stard--uh, 11" or whoever he calls himself right now....)
