Please post a reply stating EXACTLY WHAT ADAM OWES YOU. I want to see how many people are being screwed here...

He owes me either 2 Raw Dooms, or $140.

Please DO NOT HIJACK THIS THREAD. Only reply if he owes you something. Thanks

Well, I received this from PayPal just now:

Funny that this is their "policy" when I sold a ball the buyer paid through pay pal, and claimed to never have gotten it.  I didn't have any money in my account, but they gave him his money back and put my account at $-105 or whatever...interesting.

This is all just a shame.....makes it difficult to deal with anyone. I'm glad I have patience and hold people to be GOOD or else I just wouldn't deal anymore. But I have such a good time chatting with fellow bowlers, helping out when possible, and meeting nice new people over the net. Sorry guys just had to get that out of me....lol. Hopefully we will all get what we want!

This is what I got.

We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $0.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time.

They haven't finished with my claim, but it doesn't seem I'm going to like the results.

I'm owed either $199 or a Storm Agent and Smokin' White-Pin

Paypal will not release any private information to anyone so no use in trying that route.. I know, I already tried on the bad deal I had with another loser on here awhile back..

quote:
I emailed Paypal to see if we can get his name and address.  I think if we call call the police where he lives, then the police will investigate.  WE can also call the Attorney General where he lives and they may be able to prosecute.  If anyone has his info, please email it to me.
