Experience:
It was a little iffy, and then I got frustrated because I didnt really get the specs I wanted on the first three balls. He got close, but not what I could have used. What I have now is fine, so Im not worried about it. The Radical Inferno is sweet! He nailed the specs on the head and I couldnt have asked for better specs. Joe is extremely top notch when it comes to customer service. He has gone out of his way twice so that I could get a ball the next day or either two days from that day. I would say my overall experience is great because you cant really be picky with specs. It is a pain when they are not right, but thats life. As I mentioned, Joe has some top notch customer service and Im glad he has that. Theres a lack of that in the world today. Thanks to that and the 110% he puts forth is definitly worth giving him a try even if hes busy. Thanks again Joe for ALL your hardwork and time that you provide the for BR members.
