so after all this talk from peelin on it  that things are getting fuxed my arent ive been promised my stuff is on the way i ordered 6 balls and only gotten 2 of them the tracking numbers i get have no detailed  delivery times or anything.  i call him and he keeps assuring me that my stuff is on the way.  right now im out 500.00 for a sky bolt 2 code reds and a clear pin red pulse  and im sitting here with nothing.  DO you guys think i should report him to paypal or try and get his home address and call the local authorties and try to get my money back?

i have 2 tracking numbers for 3 of the balls 2 of the four should be here today sometime coming from ups website whats in trhe boxes i wont know till it gets here and i have one coming the 8th which is tuesday i did alk to phil this morning but im still waiting for the last tracking num,ber so we will see shortly

Thats fine, he can say whatever he wants to say, and so can anyone else including me, but stating he is coming to Frisco TX where I live and saying maybe we can work out a deal when he knows I would never buy anything from him, that is way out of line.. That is a threat, PERIOD..

jk, he is only making referenace to the fact that people are quick to jump to conclusions here quite often, and thinking they know what is truly going on....when in fact, they could not be more clueless.

jk, I didn't see that as a threat at all.  See, now that you know he knows his kung fu, you automatically think he is gonna try to pick a fight with you, should you 2 ever meet up.  Looks to me that he wants to get his name back that has been tarnished here now.

I understand and agree some people jump to conclusions here, but making threats is something that I do not take lightly.. I did nothing more than what he did.. I stated my opinion on a public forum and thats it.. No need for the threat of him coming to TX to "sell me something"..

What does him knowing kung fu or whatever it was have anything to do with him selling bowling balls here?? It was mentioned so everyone would be intimadated by him and thats it.. If this is the way he thinks will get his name back, he is from a different world thn most people..

These are very unsettling times on Ball reviews for doing deals.

We have never as a community been taken so badly as we have been with the Jeff Smith scandal.

Now you come along during same period and instead of just fixing the problem and telling us it is fixed and telling us the day that is fixed you tell us of your prowess in the ring.  I don't think this has helped anything.

People want to see action on fixing the problem...it sounds like you are making it.  The rest of the stuff...well it sounds like a lot goin on and a lot of personal stuff that would not incite anyone to want to do deals with you in the future.

Get the deal fixed and forget the other stuff and rebuild your reputation one successful sale at time.

We are all in a state of shock over how badly we got took or almost got took by Jeff Smith.

well maybe we could do some cods or something until everything settles down i know with the shops you do get busy but the first couples of times you told me the balls were shipped and could not be delievered  what was i to suspect  no hard feelings i havent had a bad deal here and some people can vouch for me here  i ship quick good communication and be quick unless otherwise noted   i was getting hounded for the code reds and the pulse everyday and i didnt know what to tell them
